Valerio Binasco, a multifaceted Italian artist, was born on June 20th, 1964.
He embarked on his professional journey at the drama school of the Stabile di Genova, where he made his debut in 1987.
Throughout his illustrious career, Binasco has garnered numerous accolades, including two prestigious Ubu Awards.
In 1999, he won the Ubu Award for his captivating portrayal of Hamlet in an adaptation directed by the renowned Carlo Cecchi.
Fast forward to 2004, Binasco received the Ubu Award once more for his remarkable performance as Polynices in a stage adaptation of "Oedipus at Colonus", skillfully directed by Mario Martone.
Moreover, Binasco has also made a name for himself in the world of cinema, earning a nomination for the David di Donatello Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2016 for his outstanding performance in the film Alaska.
