Born on September 17, 1953, in the vibrant city of Bucharest, Romania, Teodosiu's artistic journey began to take shape early on.
After graduating from the prestigious Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1978, he made his cinematic debut in 1977 with a role in the film "Aurel Vlaicu".
