For the past six years, he was stationed in the idyllic Hawaiian paradise, where he honed his exceptional skills as a Chinese Translator, leveraging his linguistic expertise to facilitate effective communication between military personnel and their Chinese counterparts.
Prior to his Hawaiian sojourn, Tyrone was stationed in the picturesque coastal city of Monterey, California, where he attended the prestigious Defense Language Institute (DLI),widely regarded as the military's premier language immersion school. This esteemed institution provided him with a comprehensive education in the Chinese language, further solidifying his already impressive proficiency.
In addition to his Hawaiian and Monterey postings, Tyrone has also had the privilege of serving at the renowned Naval Air Station (NAS) Miramar in San Diego, a hub of naval aviation excellence. Furthermore, he has had the distinction of serving on board two majestic Aircraft Carriers, the USS Nimitz and the USS Kitty Hawk, where he played a vital role in the execution of various military operations and missions.
