Biography

Troy Mundle is a bilingual actor born in La Gaspésie, Québec, and currently based in Los Angeles. As the eldest son of a kindergarten teacher and an adult education teacher, he has been surrounded by a strong educational background. His acting career has taken off with various roles in TV shows and films, including 20th Century Studios' Predator Origin story, Prey (2022),CBS drama Fire Country (2022),Lifetime's An Amish Sin (2022),Bones of Crows: The Series (2023),and the newly released Western Calamity Jane (2024). He has also been involved in several other productions, including Washington Black (2025) which is set to premiere soon.

Troy's past work is impressive, featuring roles in Peacemaker (2022),Riverdale (2017),and the acclaimed independent film Exhibit Man, for which he won Best Actor at the Film Quest Awards and was nominated for Best Actor at the Leo Awards. His work has been showcased on major networks such as ABC, CBS, HULU, Paramount, Lifetime, and Warner Bros, among others.

As a creative force, Troy is the creator of the award-winning series Single and Dating in Vancouver, which he wrote, directed, and acted in. The series received several nominations at the ISA Awards in Los Angeles, as well as won "Best Director", "Best Comedy", "Best Male Lead", and "Best Overall" at the Austin Web Fest. Additionally, it took him to Marseille, France to the International Marseille Web Fest.

Troy has also ventured into the world of theatre, co-producing and starring in Mike Bartlett's award-winning play COCK, in the world's first ever post-COVID live-streamed and live-performed theatre production. Other notable stage productions include Vancouver's hit immersive theatre experience, Deep into Darkness, as well as BE Color Productions' rendition of John Patrick Shanley's The Dreamer Examines His Pillow.

Throughout his career, Troy has sought out and trained with many prestigious International teachers, including the UK's Master Voice teacher, Patsy Rodenburg, in New York, Larry Moss, and others. He studied with Ben Immanuel at Haven Studio from 2018-22 and is currently studying at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in Los Angeles. Troy has also trained with Andrew Mclroy, John Riven, Bruce Clayton, as well as at Lyric School of Acting in Vancouver and Equity Showcase in Toronto.
