Dr. Troy, a renowned mental health care expert, holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and specializes in stress reduction, anger management, and organic emotion regulation. She is a best-selling published author and the founder of MindologyFitness, an organization that offers accessible and effective mind care to individuals worldwide.

Dr. Troy's literary achievements include topping Amazon's best-seller list multiple times with her books "Ex-Free: 9 Keys To Happiness After Heartbreak" and "How To Be A Powerfully Responsible Bitch & Take Your Life To New Heights". Her latest book was inspired by her work with female domestic abuse perpetrators.

As a veteran of the show business, Dr. Troy began her on-camera career at the age of four as a cast member on the PBS hit show Sesame Street. She is also a seasoned actress, director, and screenwriter.
