Biography

Tracy Anderson's journey as a dancer began at a young age, and by the time she was 18, she had made the bold decision to leave her hometown in the Midwest and relocate to New York City to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a professional dancer.

However, as she continued to dance, Tracy found herself struggling with weight gain, which led her to experiment with and develop her own unique workout methods. This transformation of her own body ultimately inspired her to delve deeper into the world of fitness, and she began studying muscle structure and specific training techniques.

Armed with the knowledge she gained from her research, Tracy created a computer software program to guide her workouts and maintain a balance between weight loss and overall health. After dedicating 10 years to extensive research and development, Tracy went on to design several fitness systems, including bands, bars, and cubes, which challenge the smaller muscle groups by offering resistance and requiring the body to rely on its balance.

In addition to these systems, Tracy also designed the Hybrid Body Reformer, an innovative apparatus that combines aerobic and dance movements to re-engineer the muscular structure. The overall goal of Tracy's method is to strengthen the smaller muscle groups, allowing them to pull in the larger muscles, resulting in a lean figure that is not bulky.

This 90-day program consists of 1 disc for every 10 days of muscular structure work and a dance cardio DVD. Upon completion, participants can enroll in Continuity, which provides a new disc of muscular structure work every 10 days (for their body type) and a new dance cardio DVD every 90 days.
