Timothy Omundson, born on July 29, 1969, in St. Joseph, Missouri, was the youngest of four siblings. His family relocated to Seattle, Washington, when he was just one year old. His father, a former railroad employee, and his mother, a dedicated teacher, instilled in him a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
Tim's passion for theatre began at the tender age of 12, when he started studying at the renowned Seattle Children's Theater. Throughout his high school years, he interned at various theaters, further nurturing his craft. During his junior year, he spent the summer in New York, honing his skills at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
As a high school student, Timothy excelled in debate, winning the Washington State Debate Championship in Dramatic Interpretation for two consecutive years. He later earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater from the University of Southern California (USC),receiving the esteemed Jack Nicholson Award and the James A. Doolittle Award for his outstanding achievements in acting.
Following his graduation, Timothy made his professional debut with a guest appearance on the iconic sitcom Seinfeld in 1989. He soon landed a recurring role as Dr. Joshua Levin on the science fiction series SeaQuest 2032 in 1993.
Today, Timothy resides in the Hollywood Hills with his loving wife, Allison, and their beloved canine companions, Betty and Sally.
