Tim Davis is a renowned screenwriter with over a decade of experience as a story producer in reality TV, having worked on notable shows such as Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, God Or The Girl, Big Medicine, Boston's Finest, and two WWE shows: Tough Enough and Legends' House. In fact, Stone Cold Steve Austin was the first person to pay for his writing services.
Throughout his reality TV tenure, Tim mastered the art of navigating network notes, working under tight deadlines, and even contributed to saving two shows from cancellation. His writing skills have been recognized in prestigious festivals such as the Creative World Awards, Table Read My Screenplay, Scriptapalooza, and the Austin Film Festival. His script, Finnegan's, took home the Best Drama TV Pilot award in the Chicago and Hollywood Screenplay contests.
In addition to his reality TV background, Tim has also written episodes for the podcast Cults on the Parcast Network. In 2017, he penned the feature film Murder Made Easy for director David Palamaro, which won the Indie Spirit Award at the inaugural Women In Horror Film Festival and received rave reviews from horror sites. The film is set to be released in 2019 on Blu-ray by Scream Team Releasing and digitally by Terror Films.
When not indulging in his passion for writing, Tim can be found indulging in his love for Doctor Who (old and new),reading, researching, and rewatching classic movies. His all-time favorites include Jaws and Casablanca. Prior to entering the entertainment industry, Tim worked in retail, earning awards for his exceptional customer service skills. His drink of choice is scotch on the rocks with a twist of lemon, and he owns more books than he can read. Tim is also an unapologetic Patriots fan and earned the nickname "Handsome Timmy D" during his stint as a trained professional wrestling referee in the early 2000s.
