Thea Marabut is a highly accomplished individual with a rich educational background, having graduated from the prestigious Philippine High School for the Arts with a focus on Theater Arts. Her academic pursuits continued at the University of the Philippines Los Banos, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts, with a major in Speech Communication.
Throughout her career, Thea has had the privilege of collaborating with various esteemed theater companies, including Tanghalang Pilipino, Kids Acts Philippines, My Talent, and Sipat Lawin Inc. Her extensive experience has equipped her with the skills to teach acting to children and adults, community theater, and storytelling for both kids and adults in diverse communities, provinces, and schools across the country.
Currently, Thea holds the esteemed position of senior teacher at Third World Improv, the Philippines' first school dedicated to the art and craft of improvisational theater. This esteemed institution has provided her with a platform to share her expertise and passion for improvisation with a new generation of artists and performers.
