Terry Zarchi made his directorial debut with the film "Holy Hollywood", a project that showcased his multifaceted talents as writer, director, actor, editor, and producer. The movie starred Camille Keaton, Mickey Rooney, Tony Tarantino, and Sal Pacino, and was loosely based on Zarchi's own life experience as the owner of an extra casting company in the 1990s.
Through his company, Zarchi provided extras for a wide range of notable films, including Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction", "From Dusk Till Dawn", "Jackie Brown", and "White Man's Burden", as well as other successful movies like "My Best Friend's Wedding", "George Of The Jungle", and "The Net".
Zarchi's personal connection to the film industry runs deep, as he and his sister Tammy appeared alongside their father in the 1978 cult classic "I Spit On Your Grave". Years later, as adults, they reprised their roles in the 2019 release "I Spit On Your Grave Deja Vu", which Zarchi also produced, acted in, wrote, and edited.
In addition to his work on "I Spit On Your Grave Deja Vu", Zarchi produced and directed the documentary "Growing Up With I Spit On Your Grave", a testament to his enduring passion for storytelling and his continued involvement in the film industry.
