Terry Carter, a native of Brooklyn, New York, possesses a rich educational background, having graduated from Stuyvesant High School, a prestigious institution located in the heart of New York City. His academic journey continued at Hunter College, where he further honed his skills, before transitioning to Boston University's School of Communications to explore the realm of communications.
