Tara Divina is a talented British actress, hailing from Essex, where she was raised by parents of Indian and Maltese descent. With a passion for acting ignited from an early age, Tara began her journey by participating in plays and musicals written by her father. This exposure laid the foundation for her future endeavors, as she went on to study at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London. Tara's dedication and natural aptitude for acting earned her an early graduation from drama school, following an impressive offer to play the role of Yasmeen in Gurinder Chadha's feature film, 'Blinded by the Light'.
Subsequently, Tara made her television debut in Season 6 of the highly acclaimed BBC series, 'Line of Duty', where she portrayed the character of PC Lisa Patel. Her subsequent appearances include Dr Leila Joshi in Series 2 of the popular comedy-drama 'Back to Life' on BBC3, and in her upcoming release, Tara will be seen playing the role of DS Anita Suppiah in the TV movie conspiracy thriller 'The Trick', directed by the renowned Pip Broughton.
