Biography

Tamara Glynn's illustrious career in the entertainment industry began when she was discovered by a Los Angeles talent agent, marking the start of her journey as a teenager. Hailing from Arkansas, she made the bold move to Los Angeles to secure a starring role in the iconic film Halloween 5, playing the character Samantha Thomas. This breakthrough performance led to a plethora of television credits, including appearances on popular shows such as Knots Landing, Growing Pains, Miami Vice, Life on the Flipside, Brand New Life, and Nightmare on Elm Street (the series),as well as Rags to Riches and many more.

Glynn's feature film repertoire is equally impressive, boasting an array of notable titles including Halloween 5, Daddy and Them, and The Portrait, to name a few. Over the years, she has maintained an active career in front of the camera, while also exploring opportunities behind the camera, collaborating with esteemed brands such as Federal Express, Back Yard Burger, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UAMS, Sears, and Magic Springs.

In addition to her impressive acting credits, Glynn is also the Co-Founder and Hostess of the Hot Springs International Horror Film Festival, a testament to her dedication to the horror genre. Her outstanding performance in the film "Howl of a Good Time" earned her the prestigious Best Actress award at the 2015 Cornwall Film Festival.
