Swel Noury Cazorla's life journey has been a fascinating odyssey, taking him from his birthplace of Casablanca to Paris, Barcelona, and Bangkok, before finally settling in Madrid.
Born to a renowned Moroccan director, Hakim Noury, and a Spanish producer, Pilar Cazorla, Swel was destined for a creative path. He attended Business School ESCP Europe in Paris, where he developed a strong foundation in finance and investment banking.
However, his true passion lay in writing and creating his own works of fiction. Swel made the bold decision to leave the corporate world behind, embarking on a journey of self-discovery and creative exploration.
During this period, he traveled extensively around the globe, immersing himself in diverse cultures and experiences that would later influence his universal vision of the world.
Swel's feature films, including "Heaven's Doors" (2006) and "The Man Who Sold The World" (2009),have been selected in the official selection of the Berlinale - Panorama section, showcasing his unique storytelling abilities.
In addition to his feature films, Swel has also worked on commercials, written commissioned scripts, and developed his photographic work, further demonstrating his versatility as a creative artist.
In 2019, Swel co-founded the production company Two Flavours, with a mission to develop universal appealing stories that transcend borders and cultures.
