Suzanne O'Malley is a renowned writer, producer, and journalist. She has written for several dramatic TV series, including NBC's Emmy-winning Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as the former New York Undercover. She is also an instructor at Yale University's Summer Film Institute and teaches "Writing Dramatic TV" at Yale University.

Suzanne O'Malley is the daughter of Donald and Irma O'Malley and has one brother, James O'Malley, and a son, Zack O'Malley Greenburg. She was raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Bishop Lynch High School and the University of Texas at Austin, where she was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate.
