Susan Stewart, a striking and alluring actress, emerged in the 1960s with a string of enjoyable, trashy soft-core sexploitation films. Her film debut was in "Girls A-Poppin", a flick that showcased her early acting talents.
Stewart's most iconic role, however, was as Lila, a charming stripper who descends into madness after taking bad LSD and brutally murders numerous lecherous men at her groovy warehouse love pad in the cult classic "Mantis in Lace". This psychedelic psycho thriller solidified her status as a schlock movie icon.
Throughout her career, Susan portrayed prostitutes in both the groundbreaking hardcore film "Mona" and the excellent noir mystery thriller "Farewell, My Lovely". She also delivered a memorable performance as an untalented adult film starlet in the raunchy comedy "The First Nudie Musical".
In addition to her film work, Susan made five guest appearances on the popular TV show "Hawaii Five-O" before retiring from acting and pursuing a career as a real estate agent.
