In 2007, his perseverance paid off when his second film, "BAGHI", received the prestigious National Award for Best Punjabi Feature Film, featuring the legendary Om Puri in a pivotal role. This milestone recognition brought him media attention and cemented his position as a force to be reckoned with in Punjabi cinema.
