Sue Shaheen, a talented individual born to an artist of fine art and an actress, was destined to follow in their footsteps. Her career took off with the success of her hit single "Makansh Halo," which topped the Middle Eastern charts.
Shaheen relocated from Cairo, Egypt to Los Angeles, California, where she pursued higher education at The Musicians Institute. She earned a degree in vocal performance and film production, further honing her skills.
In addition to her formal education, Shaheen also studied sketch comedy and improvisation at The Second City Conservatory. Her talent and dedication earned her a spot as a performer and writer for the Second City house ensemble "Party Boat" for three years.
In 2021, Shaheen made her off-Broadway debut in the original play "BANNED" at Theatre Row in New York. This milestone marked a significant achievement in her career.
To further develop her craft, Shaheen has studied various acting techniques, including The Alexander Technique under Jean-Louis Rodrigue and Kristof Konrad, Stella Adler under Arthur Mendoza, Meisner technique, and Shakespeare at The Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio. She is currently an ongoing student at The Howard Fine Acting studio.
Her unique presence and talent have been praised by her peers, who affectionately describe her as "The lovechild of Rosario Dawson and Julia Roberts, who will steal your data, shoot past your guards, and still make her date tonight."
