Sue-Lynn is a multifaceted American film and television actress, stunt-woman, and performer with over a decade of experience in the Hollywood industry. Her journey began with a passion for the stage, and she made her principal role debut at the Burbank Film Festival in 2009. A few years later, she landed a stunt scene in the popular TV series Nashville, working on season 1 episode 15, "When You're Tired of Breaking Other Hearts". She went on to appear in 27 episodes of the show, honing her skills and learning the ins and outs of a production set.
Sue-Lynn's educational background is impressive, as she was one of the youngest college students of the 1990s, entering at the age of 11 and graduating at 15. Her academic pursuits were complemented by a diverse range of extracurricular activities, including rodeos, varsity swimming, 4-H, musical theater, ballet, and martial arts. Raised by hardworking parents, her mother, a nurse, and stepfather, a California State Law officer, instilled in her a strong work ethic and sense of discipline.
In 2001, Sue-Lynn received a life-changing phone call on the day after September 11th, which altered her military career path forever. Her early experiences in the military had a lasting impact on her professional career, affording her opportunities such as level testing and certifying with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, founded by Queen Elizabeth, and modeling in Los Angeles.
Throughout her career, Sue-Lynn has worked on over 60 productions in the southeast, both in front of and behind the camera, as an actress, stunt performer, and production team member. One of her most cherished experiences was working with the legendary Robin Williams on the film Boulevard in 2013. She also had the privilege of interning with Roddenberry Productions from 2008 to 2009, where she organized scripts, built an online timeline of Star Trek history, and frequently sent scripts to JJ Abrams' office.
