Notably, his academic prowess was recognized during his undergraduate tenure at Colgate University, where he earned the distinction of being a National Merit Finalist and graduated with Magna cum Laude honors.
In addition to his academic achievements, Steve's creative endeavors have also garnered recognition. While pursuing his M.F.A. in Directing/Production at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA),he penned his first feature script, "Three", which went on to win second place in the prestigious Seppi Award for Outstanding Comedy Screenplay at UCLA.
