Biography

Stephen Nichols was born in Dayton, Ohio, but he left his hometown to pursue a life as a monk. He studied yoga, cooked vegetarian meals, and lived a celibate lifestyle at the Self-Realization Fellowship Temple in Hollywood.

After three years of meditation, Nichols realized that being a monk wasn't his true calling. On a dare, he auditioned for the Theater Academy of Los Angeles City College, where he discovered his passion for acting and directing.

Nichols began his acting career in Los Angeles theater during the early 80s and has since been honored with numerous awards for his performances. He has appeared in various productions, including "Pieces of Time," "Delirious," and "The Lizard King."

In addition to his work in theater, Nichols has also appeared in several feature films, including "Heaven's Tears," "Witchboard," and "Phoenix." He has also starred in several TV shows, including "Days of Our Lives," "General Hospital," and "Young and the Restless."

Nichols has also ventured into directing, writing and directing his first short film, "Get the Dime," which premiered at the Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films. He has also directed several other short films and is set to direct his first feature-length film, "Medulla," a supernatural thriller inspired by true events.
