Stacie Capone is a multifaceted Los Angeles-based actress and producer who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry.
As an actor, she has secured roles in various projects, including episodes of the popular Shonda Rhimes series Grey's Anatomy, as well as the iconic 1970s perfume brand Love's Baby Soft film, which will be screened on the lovesbabysoft website. She is also attached to a feature film project, The Ghost in the Attic, starring Robert Clohessy, who is known for his role in Blue Bloods.
In addition to her acting career, Stacie is the founder of her own production banner, Small Media Extra Large, which she established along with her partner, Don Downie. This bi-coastal production company has worked with a wide range of clients, including Meta, Sesame Street, Nickelodeon, TED, and theSkimm. Stacie and her partner are currently developing a feature comedy titled The Spirit of Detroit, which has been recognized as an Academy Nicholl SemiFinalist. Stacie will also star in this project alongside Angela Lewis and J Mallory McCree.
Furthermore, Stacie is the founder and leader of a women+ film community called FilmmakeHers, which hosts a monthly salon featuring industry guests and mentors. This community has chapters in both New York and Los Angeles and has brought together artists to collaborate and expand their skills.
Prior to establishing her production company, Stacie led The Professional Actors Collective, which resulted in the creation of 11 short films within a single calendar year. This project served as her film school and launched her producing career.
