Starting her career as an actress, Stacey Adams initially gained experience in the entertainment industry before transitioning into other roles. She collaborated with her half-sister, Cecily Adams, in a casting director partnership, before pursuing production work.
Subsequently, Stacey Adams worked as an executive assistant to the multi-talented Ken Olin, who is not only an actor but also a director and producer. Following this experience, she took on the role of Vice President of Development at Paramount Television and the CBS network.
