Sky du Mont's biography:
Sky du Mont's parents left Germany and moved to Argentina. He attended school in Great Britain, completed his high school diploma in Switzerland, and trained as an actor in Munich from 1969 to 1971. He began his theater career at the Munich Residenztheater in 1972, followed by engagements at the Berlin State Theater in 1973 and 1974, and the Little Comedy in Munich in 1976 and 1990.
Du Mont's television career spanned over 50 series, including "The Inspector", "The Old Man", "A Case for Two", "Two Munichers in Hamburg", "The Moon Shines for Subtenants", and "Seven Days in Paradise". He also appeared in numerous international productions, such as the US series "General Hospital", the English television film "Who Dunnit/ Love with a perfect Stranger", and the American TV film "War & Rememberence".
In addition to his television work, Du Mont appeared in numerous US cinema productions, including "Boys from Brazil", "The 21 Hours of Munich", "Lawinen-Express", "Omar Mukhtar - Lion of the Desert", and "Eyes Wide Shut". He also worked with prominent directors such as Stanley Kubrick and starred alongside global stars like Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise.
Du Mont's more recent engagements include the US film "Manila" and the comedy film "The Shoe of Manitu". He has also begun moderating the social magazine "Skylights" and has been involved in various voice acting projects.
In his personal life, Du Mont has been married four times and has two children, Tara and Fayn, with his fourth wife Mirja, who is 28 years younger than him.
