Simon Vermeulen, a multi-talented Quebec-based director, dancer, and artist, has made a profound impact in the realm of body language on screen through his work on "Der Untermensch", which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2013. Prior to his foray into filmmaking, Vermeulen honed his skills in music by studying in London, and later refined his craft in feature film screenwriting at L'inis.
Vermeulen's diverse range of talents was showcased in his two latest short films, "Saint-Rémi" and "Muses", both of which were released in 2024. In these projects, he wore multiple hats, assuming the roles of writer, director, choreographer, dancer, and producer.
