Simon was born in the charming coastal town of Lytham St Annes, located in the county of Lancashire, in the northwest of England. He pursued his passion for the performing arts by training at the renowned London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA),where he was awarded the esteemed St Philip's Trophy by the acclaimed screenwriter Richard Curtis.
Simon's extensive theatre credits include seasons at several prestigious institutions, including the National Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, Bristol Old Vic, and London's West End. One of his most notable roles was as Link Deas opposite Matthew Modine as Atticus Finch in Aaron Sorkin's highly acclaimed adaptation of Harper Lee's classic novel 'To Kill A Mockingbird' at the Gielgud Theatre in London.
In addition to his theatre work, Simon has also made a significant impact in the film industry. His recent film credits include the compelling World War II epic 'Walking With The Enemy' alongside the esteemed Sir Ben Kingsley, the cult comedy 'Love's Kitchen', and Paul Schrader's 'The Walker'.
