Born in Canton, China, Sheng Meng's journey in martial arts began at the tender age of six, under the guidance of his father and brother, Qiang Meng. By the time he turned twelve, he had already become a member of China's National WuShu team, a testament to his innate talent and dedication.
As he grew older, Sheng Meng's impressive skills earned him numerous martial arts awards, and he began to make a name for himself in the film industry, appearing in several Hong Kong Kung Fu movies and television shows.
