Shellita (Frank) Boxie, a Louisiana native, was raised in Opelousas by her parents, Edith Frank Gray, the embodiment of fiery passion, and Edward Fredrick Gray, her biggest supporter. From a young age, she knew that her true calling lay within the confines of the television screen, and she was determined to make her dreams a reality.
Shellita's educational journey began at the Historical K-12 Plaisance High School, where she excelled in every athletic, academic, and music program offered. Her impressive record earned her a spot in the school's hall of fame.
After high school, Shellita relocated to Central Florida, driven by the desire to turn her aspirations into a tangible reality. With a promise to continue her post-secondary education and her mother's unwavering support, she made the bold move to the Sunshine State, known as Hollywood East.
Shellita's athletic background and passion for fitness proved to be the perfect catalyst for her transition into the entertainment industry. She began landing roles as an actor in commercials and on screen, while simultaneously honing her skills as a stunt performer and double. Her impressive range and versatility earned her recognition in the industry.
In addition to her acting and stunt work, Shellita pursued higher education, earning an Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. Today, she co-owns and operates a thriving fitness, film, and entertainment company with her daughter, Alana Boxie.
Throughout her journey, Shellita has remained committed to her passion for fitness and the entertainment industry, using her unique blend of skills to inspire and motivate others. Her dedication to her craft has earned her a reputation as a talented and driven individual, and she continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry.
