Biography

After an illustrious career spanning 18 years as an actor, Shea's remarkable journey took a significant turn in 1997, as he transitioned into the realm of production. He began cutting his production teeth at David E. Kelley Productions, where he assumed various roles within the company and worked on notable shows such as "The Practice", "Ally McBeal", and "Boston Public", as well as "Boston Legal".

In 2001, Shea's expertise led him to join the Directors Guild of America (DGA) as an Assistant Director and Unit Production Manager. Over the subsequent years, he has honed his skills in film, television, new media, and webisodes, as well as commercials.

Since 2008, Shea has operated as an independent Unit Production Manager and Producer, spearheading webisodes for Sony Entertainment's New Media Division/Crackle.com.

When not dedicating himself to his craft, Shea returns to his roots in Chatham, Massachusetts, a charming coastal town on Cape Cod, where he can unwind and reconnect with his heritage.
