Shadner Ifrene, a professional New York actor, recently trained at Maggie Flanigan Studio. He is an alumnus of North Carolina State University's Black Repertory Theatre, where he debuted in the stage production of August Wilson's "Fences" in the role of Lyons.
After a brief stint as a Hip Hop artist, Shadner returned to his acting roots and turned his focus towards film and television. He landed a starring role in the highly successful short film "Curveball," which was officially selected by 14 national film festivals, including a nomination for Best Short Film by HBO.
As an actor and producer, Shadner has accumulated a diverse list of credits, including co-starring roles in the feature film "Love Isn't Enough" and FOX Network's hit TV show "Gotham" alongside Jada-Pinkett Smith. He also appeared in the Cumberland Farms commercial, produced and directed by "Funny or Die."
Shadner's other TV and film credits include co-starring roles in the popular daytime drama "General Hospital" and reenactment roles on Oprah Winfrey Network's "Unfaithful: Stories of Betrayal" and Biography Channel's "Celebrity Ghost Stories." He was also a principal cast member of the TV pilot "Sensitive Men," which starred Whoopi Goldberg, Ron Artest (Metta World Peace),and French Stewart.
Shadner regularly trains under the tutelage of David Epstein's ACTORCLASS in NYC, focusing on script writing, Shakespeare, and aspects of directing.
