Setsuko Karasuma

Setsuko Karasuma, a talented and accomplished Japanese actress, entered this world on February 3, 1955, in the picturesque prefecture of Shiga, Japan. Her impressive career has spanned numerous notable roles in a wide range of films, including the critically acclaimed "Shiki Natsuko" released in 1980, the 1981 drama "Station", and the 1985 biographical masterpiece "Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters". Prior to her current status as a celebrated actress, Setsuko Karasuma was once married to the renowned Japanese filmmaker, Juichi Tanaka.
