A renowned thespian, he completed his education in the esteemed acting department of GITIS in 1980, under the tutelage of the illustrious Andreev. For several years, he took to the stage at the Moscow Drama Theater on Malaya Bronnaya, commencing his illustrious career in 1982.
Subsequently, from 1990 to 1992, he joined the ranks of the Studio Theater "Man", where he honed his craft and further solidified his reputation as a skilled performer.
In 1992, he returned to his roots at the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya, where he remained until 1998. Following this, he dedicated himself entirely to the world of cinema, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.
His journey in film began as early as 1979, with a debut appearance in the television movie "Vataga", a production of the esteemed Seven Winds. Throughout his illustrious career, he has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of Honored Artist of Russia, bestowed upon him in 2005.
