Scott Christopher Lloyd Weatherall was born on a dramatic and memorable day, December 6, 1982, amidst a fierce snowstorm. As the adopted son of Sandy and Eric Weatherall, Scott grew up in a small town in Ontario, Canada, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family.
As a young boy, Scott discovered his creative side and began making short films with his friends and classmates. This hobby would eventually blossom into a lifelong passion, driving him to pursue a career in the film industry.
After completing his education, Scott immersed himself in the Toronto Film Industry, taking on various roles that allowed him to hone his skills and learn from experienced professionals. He worked as a production assistant, grip, cameraman, assistant director, editor, and director, gaining a broad range of skills that would serve him well in his future endeavors.
In 2009, Scott made the bold decision to relocate to Taiwan, where he continued to pursue his passion for filmmaking. He produced and directed commercials and even created a comedy show called "The Republic of Comedy" (R.O.C.),which showcased his versatility and creativity.
In 2012, Scott co-founded Stone Soup Production Company with his business partners Jesse and Daniel. Their first collaborative project, "Formosa Boulevard," was written and directed by Scott and is scheduled for release in 2015.
