Biography

Scott Dunn, a Korean-American filmmaker hailing from Illinois, embarked on a cinematic journey that began in his childhood, where he would create films as a hobby alongside his friends. As he transitioned into adulthood, he pursued a career in acting, initially based in Chicago before making the move to Los Angeles.

Dunn's professional breakthrough came in the form of a three-episode arc in the Disney XD series "Kickin' It". Following this, he appeared in a variety of short films and webisodes before rediscovering his passion for filmmaking. His first feature film, "Schlep", went on to win the Best Comedy/Dramedy award at the Hollywood Boulevard Film Festival and received nominations in five different categories at the FirstGlance Film Festival.

"Mandao of the Dead", Dunn's second feature film, is a testament to his multifaceted talent, as he not only wrote, directed, edited, and produced the film but also starred in it.
