Sayra Player, a native of Missouri who has made New York her home for an extended period, is a distinguished member of The Collective NY and The Actors Studio. Additionally, she has achieved publication success as a playwright. Throughout her illustrious career, she has had the privilege of collaborating with an impressive array of theatre professionals, including the renowned Elizabeth Kemp, Harvey Keitel, Ellen Burstyn, Lee Grant, Estelle Parsons, Len Jenkin, Jay Schieb, Carlin Glynn, Lyle Kessler, Michael Christofer, Jim Simpson, Alexandre Marine, Polly Draper, and Mac Wellman.
Beyond her work in the United States, Sayra has had the opportunity to explore her craft in Italy and Poland, where she has worked alongside the esteemed Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski and Thomas Richard.
