Biography

Sarah Reich, a renowned tap dancer, instructor, and choreographer, was born on May 24, 1989, in Culver City, California, to a diverse heritage, with her mother being of Mexican descent and her father of Hungarian origin.

From a tender age of five, Sarah was introduced to the world of tap dancing, and her passion for the art form only grew stronger with time. When she was just twelve years old, she started dancing salsa in clubs alongside her sister, laying the foundation for her future as a performer.

Throughout her illustrious career, Sarah has had the privilege of taking the stage at some of the most iconic venues in the world, including the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theater, where she shared the spotlight with the legendary Cristian Castro, UCLA's Jazz Reggae Music Festival, the Ford Ampitheatre, the prestigious Madison Square Garden, and the Dolby Theater, where she had the honor of performing alongside the renowned Herbie Hancock.

Sarah's work with the popular music collective Postmodern Jukebox has been a significant highlight of her career, and she has been recognized for her talent and dedication to her craft. In 2009, she was featured in Dance Spirit Magazine's "20 Hot Tappers Under 20" article, and the same year, Dance magazine selected her as one of the top 25 dancers to look out for, a testament to her exceptional skill and potential.
