Inspired by those who could connect with others through powerful narrative, Salim set his sights on bringing these emotions to the screen.
Immersing himself in countless movies that stirred his emotions and piqued his curiosity, Salim made his way to San Francisco, enrolling in the prestigious Academy of Art University. Here, he worked alongside experienced filmmakers, gaining invaluable knowledge in all genres and passionately contributing to the editorial process. His debut film delved into the struggles of immigrants, infusing humor into the darkness.
From this point onward, Salim established Look Before You Leap film productions, marking the beginning of his professional career. Striving for excellence, he ventured into television shows, feature-length movies, music videos, and documentaries. Salim's concentrated dedication to film-making is all-encompassing as he is involved in every single phase of production, from script development to scouting, production design, "post" editing, and even music.
