Rowena, a talented individual, hails from the picturesque county of Sussex, United Kingdom, where she spent her formative years in the rolling Downs with her mother, a dedicated science teacher, and elder sister. From a young age, Rowena was drawn to the world of dance and drama, frequently participating in classes and taking to the stage for the first time at the tender age of seven.
In 1997, Rowena's family made the move to Devon, where she joined a local theatre group, further honing her skills in singing, dance, and drama. As she grew in confidence, she began to land leading roles in pantomime and theatre productions, showcasing her impressive range. When not treading the boards, Rowena enjoyed taking part in school plays and indulging in outdoor pursuits, cultivating a sense of well-roundedness.
After acquiring her GCSEs, Rowena pursued her passion for performing arts at college, where she discovered a hidden talent for contorting various parts of her body, affectionately known as her "Party tricks."
