Rosie Fellner is a multifaceted English-Irish actress and producer who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. Based between Los Angeles and London, she is the founder and current head of her own production company, Rosebud Pictures.
Born in Galway, Ireland, to English parents Ruth Fellner and Vaughan Fellner, Rosie's early life was marked by her parents' divorce and subsequent travel throughout Europe with her mother and siblings. The family eventually settled in Spain, where Rosie learned to speak fluent Spanish and completed her high school education in Malaga.
As a child, Rosie's fascination with the stage led her to join the Turbozone International Circus Company as an acrobat at the age of 15. She went on to hone her craft at The Hub Theatre School in Cornwall and London International School of Performing Arts.
Rosie's acting career began with a cult comedy television series, The Fast Show, which afforded her the opportunity to work alongside a talented ensemble cast, including Paul Whitehouse, Charlie Higson, and Simon Day. Her portrayal of Joei Harkness in The Alan Clarke Diaries earned her critical acclaim. She has since appeared in numerous television shows, including My Hero, The Eustace Bros, The Line of Beauty, The Trip To Italy, Liar, Ransom, Curfew, and Disney+ miniseries A Small Light.
In addition to her television work, Rosie has also made a mark in the film industry. She starred in the critically acclaimed The Trip, directed by Michael Winterbottom and starring Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon. Following the success of The Trip, Rosie collaborated with Winterbottom again on The Face of An Angel. Her other feature film credits include Two Days, Nine Lives, Age of Heroes, Two Jacks, and Heist.
As a producer, Rosie has founded her own production company, Rosebud Pictures, and has credits that include the short film Hit Girls and the feature film The Uninvited, which premiered at South by Southwest in 2024 and is set for a worldwide release in 2025. Rosie also served as an Executive Producer on Bryn Chainey's folklore horror Rabbit Trap, starring Dev Patel and Rosy McEwen, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in 2025.
In her personal life, Rosie shares a child with her partner, actor Danny Huston.
