Rodrigo Beilfuss, a multifaceted individual, was born and raised in Brazil, only to later relocate to Canada in the year 2001 as an exchange student. It was during his high school days in his new Canadian surroundings that he serendipitously discovered his profound passion for the works of William Shakespeare, and it is safe to say that he fell deeply in love with the Bard's masterpieces.
As an accomplished actor-director, Rodrigo has made a name for himself in the Canadian theatre scene, serving as the esteemed Artistic Director of Shakespeare in the Ruins (SIR) in Winnipeg, Manitoba. His academic credentials are equally impressive, boasting a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Winnipeg, a Master's degree in Classical Acting from England's prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA),and he is a graduate of Stratford's two flagship programs: the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre and the Michael Langham Workshop for Classical Direction.
Rodrigo's impressive career has seen him spend four seasons with the renowned Shakespeare Festival in Stratford, Ontario. When he is not treading the boards, Rodrigo is a devoted father to his two lovely children, Zeke and Indira.
