Biography

Robin Ritter is a multi-talented individual who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry as an award-winning actress, writer, producer, and artist. Despite facing a life-altering accident at the age of five, where she was hit by a speeding drunk driver and dragged for 100 yards, Robin has overcome her physical and emotional challenges to achieve success.

Her road to recovery was long and arduous, but it sparked her interest in physical education and spirituality. She later became involved in the health and nutrition business, educating herself in holistic and natural health. Meanwhile, she developed a passion for acting and stunt performing, which led her to appear in a wide range of popular television shows and movies, including NYPD Blue, Star Trek: The Next Generation, The X-Files, and Mulholland Drive.

As a stunt performer, Robin has worked alongside some of the top stunt coordinators in the industry, including Greg Anderson, and has performed in films such as Minority Report, Con Air, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She has also co-starred in René Besson's acclaimed feature film, Boxes, which premiered on the Independent Film Channel.

In addition to her acting and stunt work, Robin has ventured into producing, and in 1999, she was one of the first filmmakers to produce an all-digital feature film, Specter's Rock. The film, in which Robin also starred, featured a cast of over sixty actors and required over forty locations. Despite the ambitious nature of the project, principle photography was completed on time and under budget.

Specter's Rock went on to become a featured selection at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, and it was screened at Cannes and the AFM. The film received critical acclaim, with the editors of the online magazine Gathering Darkness including it on their list of "Must See" horror, sci-fi, and fantasy films.

Robin's next effort as a producer was The Caretaker, a film that explored the serious but rarely-discussed problem of elder abuse. The film won the Gold Special Jury Award at the WorldFest Houston International Film Festival, and it featured an original score by veteran composer Nicholas Pike.

Throughout her career, Robin has been driven by her lifelong spirituality and interest in the paranormal, which has led her to be involved with several paranormal projects. Her energy and giving spirit have earned her great respect among her industry peers, and she continues to be a pioneer in her field.
