Robert Manzano, the son of Febe Limbaga, a dedicated nurse, and Oscar Manzano, a chemist, was destined for greatness in the world of acting. His passion for the craft was ignited after watching Christopher Nolan's 2008 masterpiece, The Dark Knight, which featured an electrifying performance by Heath Ledger as the Joker. Inspired by this iconic portrayal, Robert decided to take the leap and pursue a career in acting.
Initially, Robert started by doing extra work, gradually working his way up to land his first paid speaking role as a hobo in M.K. II, a 2010 film. This breakthrough role marked the beginning of his journey in the film industry, with subsequent appearances in Ed & The Awakening (2011),Open Windows (2015),Anthropology Anthology: Mandala (2017),and Burnt Year (2018).
In addition to his work in film, Robert has also honed his skills in stage acting, having collaborated with the renowned Filipino Theater company, CIRCA Pintig.
Robert's acting training includes courses at the prestigious Green Room, where he honed his on-camera skills, as well as Cold Reading, Monologue, and Audition classes at the Chicago Actors Studio. Currently based in Chicago, Robert is a multifaceted actor who has also ventured into the world of YouTube, creating content for his channel, The Bob-E Experience.
