Robert D. Hanna is a multifaceted creative professional with over 25 years of experience as a writer, producer, and 3D artist. He is also a prolific songwriter and producer, with over 50 songs placed in feature films and television shows annually.
As a founder of Prevalent Entertainment, Inc., Robert has been at the helm of a multimedia production company for over 20 years. The company encompasses a wide range of production ventures in film, television, animation, and music.
In the 1990s, Robert signed on as a music composer for the Universal Music Group (UMG),and to this day, UMG generates hundreds of placements for Robert's songs in films and television.
Robert's extensive experience in animation technology includes working on animated features such as Shrek, Shrek 2, and Over the Hedge at DreamWorks SKG, where he developed skills in 3D animation and visual effects.
He has also worked as a Project Manager for Walt Disney Studios, developing technology to manage their CG animation production pipeline.
Currently, Robert is the Head of Previs Animation at Fotocomics Productions, producing Previs Animation and 3D visual effects shots for the film Whiteshoe by acclaimed film director Mauro Borelli.
Robert has also produced and directed several films, including Life's a Jungle, a 3D animated family film released worldwide by Phase4 Films, and The Prodigy, another successful production for the worldwide distributor.
In the music arena, Robert has made his mark as a talented songwriter and owner of Prevalent Records, a subsidiary of Prevalent Music Publishing BMI and MacroCosmic Music Publishing, ASCAP. His songs have been placed in numerous feature films and television shows, including CSI, Frasier, ER, West Wing, and many more.
Robert has also had the honor of scoring music in The Pursuit Of Happiness, a film by the great director, Robert Zemeckis.
