Rob Wiser, a native of New York City, holds a degree from the prestigious New York University film school, where he began his professional screenwriting career while still a student. He then collaborated with renowned producer George Jackson, known for his work on films such as New Jack City, Sugar Hill, and the House Party franchise, to create the critically acclaimed and visually stunning animated series "Bulletproof Diva". This dark and thought-provoking tale of a female assassin battling demons in a post-apocalyptic world was profiled on VH-1 and made history by being the first internet series to be showcased in multiplexes across the country, with its 35mm trailer preceding the release of "The X-Men".
At just 24 years old, Wiser achieved a significant milestone in his career by becoming a produced screenwriter with the suspenseful urban thriller "Snipes". The film, which starred hip-hop sensation Nelly alongside a talented cast including Dean Winters, Sam Jones III, Zoe Saldana, and Frank Vincent, premiered at the 2001 Toronto film festival and received favorable reviews upon its theatrical release the following year. The film is now available on home video everywhere.
In addition to his screenwriting work, Wiser is currently penning other screenplays and a novel, while also contributing to various magazines. He splits his time between Los Angeles and his home in Las Vegas.
