At the tender age of 18, Savage wrote, directed, shot, co-produced, and edited the micro-budget feature film Strings, a remarkable achievement that showcased his versatility and talent. The film has been screened at numerous prestigious international festivals, including the Raindance Film Festival for its UK premiere and the Rome Film Festival for its European debut.
