Biography

Rob Bruce is a multifaceted director and director of photography based in Los Angeles and Mammoth Lakes, with a career spanning over two decades and a diverse range of successful projects across various genres, including action, lifestyle, documentary, adventure, motor sports, and sports.

Notably, Bruce served as writer and director of the critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated documentary film McConkey, which was nominated in the 2015 Outstanding Sports Documentary category.

In addition to his work on McConkey, Bruce has also made significant contributions to several notable projects. He served as action unit director and director of photography for the wing-suit action sequence in Transformers 3 - Dark of the Moon, which earned a Taurus World Stunt Award for Best Specialty Stunt sequence and a SAG Award nomination for Outstanding Performance By Stunt Ensemble.
