Biography

Ricky Paull Goldin was born on January 5, 1965, in San Francisco, California, to Irish/British parents. He spent his early years on both sides of the Atlantic and attended Fordham University.

Goldin's entertainment career began at the age of three, with appearances in episodes of Romper Room, Alf, Kate & Allie, and 21 Jump Street. By the time he was 15, he had already made it to Broadway, starring in On Golden Pond.

Ricky Goldin is also an accomplished producer and director, having worked on numerous projects, including Project Dad, Chicken Soup for the Soul's Hidden Heroes, and A Chef's Life. His production company, DB Goldline, has created and sold shows to various networks, including CBS, ABC, MTV, HGTV, TLC, and ESPN.

Throughout his career, Goldin has received numerous awards and nominations, including five Emmy nominations and four Clio awards. He has appeared in several daytime dramas, including Another World, Guiding Light, All My Children, and The Young and the Restless.

In addition to his work in television, Goldin has also had a successful career in live theater, performing in productions such as The Pirates of Penzance and Grease. He has also hosted various events, including ESPN auto races and the Emmy Awards.

Goldin has been married to Gretta Monahan and has a son, Kai Rei Goldin.
