Rey Herrera's life journey began in El Paso, Texas, where he was born into a family with a rich history in the culinary world, his parents being restaurateurs. Little did anyone know that this young boy would soon find himself in the spotlight, landing his first commercial at the tender age of eight. As he grew older, Rey's sense of duty and respect for his grandfather's service in the U.S. Air Force compelled him to enlist at the age of eighteen. After completing his tour of duty, Rey decided to pursue his passion for the performing arts by enrolling in film school at the University of North Texas, where he simultaneously minored in drama.
Upon graduating, Rey made the bold decision to relocate to Austin, where he quickly established himself as a professional actor. However, his ambition knew no bounds, and he soon made the move to Los Angeles to further his career.
