Renu, a multifaceted individual with a background in both engineering and the performing arts, has undergone extensive training from esteemed institutions such as the Yale Drama Program, the Drama Center of London, The Last Acting Studio in Los Angeles, and the Archibald Studio.
As an actor, Renu has made appearances on television shows, including The CW's Dynasty, and has starred in several films, including Dosh, Those Seven Steps, and A Newlywed Story. Additionally, she has appeared in the HBO Visionaries film Halwa, which won an award.
On stage, Renu has performed at the 2021 Morgan Wixson Theatre New Works Festival and was a finalist in the 2019 TCL Monologue Slam Competition. She has also participated in the ABC Discovers Diversity Showcase.
Renu's recent achievements include winning the Best Actress Award for her lead role in Dosh at the New Renaissance Film Festival London in October 2023. Furthermore, she has ventured into filmmaking and directed and starred in "A Newlywed Story", which is set to release in 2024, marking her debut as a filmmaker.
