Regé-Jean Page is a renowned British actor, primarily recognized for his captivating performances in television productions. His breakthrough role as Simon Basset, the Duke of Hastings, in the inaugural season of the Netflix drama series Bridgerton (2020) earned him widespread acclaim.

Prior to his prominent role in Bridgerton (2020),Page appeared in notable television series and miniseries, including Roots (2016) and For The People (2018-2019).

Page's portrayal of Simon Basset in Bridgerton (2020) resonated with audiences worldwide, garnering him numerous award nominations, including the prestigious Emmy Awards (2021),as well as wins at the NAACP Image Awards (2021) and the MTV Movie & TV Awards (2021).
